Connie’s Tortellini Salad

“This is a tasty and wonderful tortellini salad for your whole family to enjoy during long weekends.”
Serving: 16 servings (3/4 cup each). | Prep: 15m | Ready in: 30m

Ingredients
• 1 package (13 oz.) dried cheese tortellini
• 1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
• 1 cup Italian salad dressing
• 1 pint grape tomatoes
• 1 can (14 oz.) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and quartered
• 1 jar (11.1 oz.) pitted Greek olives, drained
• 1 carton (8 oz.) miniature fresh mozzarella cheese balls, drained

Direction
• Follow the package directions to cook the tortellini in a big saucepan, then drain and move to a big bowl. Put dressing and zucchini promptly, then toss to coat well. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Serve warm or chilled, as desired.
