“Cold or warm a great pasta ‘salad’.” Serving: 4 | Prep: 15m | Ready in: 45m

Ingredients
• 1 (8 oz.) package farfalle (bow tie) pasta
• 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 7 oz. bocconcini (small balls of fresh mozzarella cheese)
• 3/4 cup black olives
• 2 tbsps. olive oil
• 6 fresh basil leaves
• 1 1/2 tsps. fresh oregano leaves

Direction
• Boil a big pot of lightly salted water. Let the bow-tie pasta cook at a boil for 12 minutes, mixing from time to time till cooked through yet firm to the bite; drain and let cool to room temperature.
• In a big bowl, mix oregano, basil, olive oil, olives, bocconcini and tomatoes; toss to coat equally. Mix pasta to tomato mixture then toss.
